At the point of origin, the sourced products are examined for norms and quality. The packing is completed at the same time as per the client’s request. We adhere strictly to transparency and traceability in our operations.
QUALITY POLICY
Our quality tolerance extends to the purchasing, processing, and delivery of goods to our customers. We are committed to working methodically and strictly on a plan of action, giving our import clients a clear, timely, and transparent account, and fully answering their questions. A thorough, step-by-step report that covers every aspect of the process, including crop selection, crop procurement, specification of arriving raw materials, processing, sorting, and packaging requirements, is given to the buyer. Qualified and experienced personnel take the highest care and cooperation throughout shipment.
We adhere to the 100% required Traceability Plan, which covers the procurement plan, processing, storage, shipping, and containerization. As requested by our clients, the necessary fumigation and other quality certifications, etc., are maintained.
QUALITY METHODOLOGY
Prior to being sent from manufacturing to the warehouse, each truck load of merchandise is inspected on a 10% sample basis. Before a truck load is authorized for warehousing, each truck report is kept and recorded independently, and it is reported to the quality control team. The manufacturing team and the shipment team receive a copy of the truck load’s final quality control report.
A second, random 10% sampling is conducted while the vehicle is being unloaded in order to confirm the efficacy of the initial quality control report. Here, we perform the calibration for the two 10% sampling operations. The QC team receives and records the data. If a significant deviation from the initial sample procedure is observed, corrective action is initiated.
In order to enable the shipping team to match the customer’s request with the available cargo, each lot in the truck lot is meticulously marked with quality control information and warehouse location data. linking our process’s warehousing and shipping components as a result. We are able to trace the truck and production lot that exactly goes into each container thanks to this method, which also allows for traceability from that point on.
