EXPORT PROCEDURE

To discuss specifics on quality, quantity, packing, delivery, terms of payment, etc., emails, calls, or faxes will be exchanged.
A formal letter of offer is sent.
If required, we trade visits and negotiate to settle on a price and terms of payment.
We send you a draft contract with the terms agreed upon so you can review and make any necessary adjustments.
The buyer will verify the number of products ordered before providing the company’s details for a proforma invoice.
Purchaser validates proforma invoice.
The buyer releases the working instrument for the purposes of loading, inland transit, taxes, and sea freight fees.
The seller completes the shipment after confirming payment.

PAYMENT

Order products: 40% down payment; remaining amount to be paid against shipping documentation. The original shipping documents are provided to you the same day the money is collected by DHL or a comparable courier, accompanied by scanned copies of the shipment paperwork (Standard Documents for Shipment) following receipt of the final 60% payment.

DELIVERY PERIOD
